HB 2160 was scheduled for a vote on 1/15, and the House Housing committee successfully voted it out!! This action was originally to email committee members asking them to vote yes, but now we want to thank them for being TOD champs.

In 2024, the Washington state legislature will consider legislation to set statewide standards for transit-oriented development (TOD). Futurewise is leading a coalition of environmental advocacy groups, housing providers, and labor unions advocating for TOD legislation that prioritizes equity and affordability.
