Tell the House Housing Committee to vote YES on HB1110

HB 1110 is scheduled for a vote on Tuesday 2/7 in the House Housing Committee

It is critical that the committee votes YES on HB1110 to allow for more housing to be built in all neighborhoods.

Washington state is in an unprecedented housing crisis that has touched every community big and small. Whether you live in Prosser, Spokane, Bellingham or Coupeville, there just simply aren’t enough homes for people who need them.

HB 1110/SB 5190 answers the need to add more homes to our communities by allowing four-plexes in all residential neighborhoods, and allowing six-plexes near major transit stops. These zoning changes, along with bills to increase funding for the Housing Trust Fund and to improve renter protections, are part of a comprehensive housing package in 2023 that will tackle our housing crisis head-on.
