Virtual Lobbying Training

Thank you so much for your interest in meeting with your legislators to convey why it is important to you that the Growth Management Act be updated this session to address climate change, housing affordability, and environmental justice. Legislators need to hear from you, their constituents, about what initiatives they should be prioritizing this session. This is a chance to directly impact the way our counties and cities are planning for our futures. 

 Join us on Thursday, December 17th from 2:30-3:30 PM for a virtual lobbying training with the Washington Can't Wait Campaign. We will give you all of the resources and support you will need to get the GMA on your legislators' radars: from how to schedule a meeting with your legislators and what the virtual legislative session will look like, to important talking points for the campaign's Growth Management Act updates. It is our goal to support you in these meetings with your legislators and to empower you with the tools you need to continue communicating with them throughout the legislative session.
